  We are regulars at the drawbridge mainly because its local and we have friends that go there. We were looking forward to watching the match on Saturday but the evening went from bad to worse ...couldn't hear the match and the staff behind the bar basically refused to turn it up totally spoilt, they ran out of barcardi and wine glasses. They had no chicken wings ...the food that was ordered by my table was of poor quality. The pub is very under staffed, resulting in long waits at the bar, high turnover of the staff, no leadership amongst them. The interior is very drab and is in desperate need of refurbing. Sizzling pubs needs to act and sort it out such a shame as the location is good and the canal setting is wasted.

  Barely any staff. We had to clear our own table. Food was over cooked and our meals arrived 2 minutes after we had started our sharing platter. We received no customer service and were extremely dissatisfied. Would not recommend

  Too few staff, poor quality food, no atmosphere as loud sky sports on all the time. Appears to have no manager?

  Service was good, nice selection of Ale's, I had the London Glory. The food was ok, I've had better and I've had worse, it was good value. The pub itself needs sprucing up a bit, good do with a lick of paint and new furniture. Would I revisit....yes
